I enjoy working with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, substance use disorder, and process addictions and clients struggling with a relationship. I offer clients a safe environment to explore their thoughts, feelings, and past to learn about their present life. My ideal client would be aware that they need help. They are also prepared and open to doing the necessary work to address their issue. They understand that therapy is a process they cannot complete overnight. They know that their previous methods have failed and are willing to try again with me.
I can help clients identify the concern they intend to change. I believe in helping the client discover their individualistic plan to address their problem and its steps. My specialty is meeting the clients where they are and treating the whole person.
