I am a generalist who focuses on therapy for teens (14 years of age and older), adults and couples. My approach is to use talk therapy to shine a light on the "shadow monster" that lurks in the corners of our past. ColdWater Christian Counseling is handicap accessible.
This is a "client-centered process" in which you, the client, determine the particular areas of discussion and exploration in a given session. It also is a "faith-friendly" process in which you are encouraged to explore and discuss spiritual and religious concerns, if you choose to do so.
