Encompassing the entire person, I would begin my understanding who an individual is at their core and work outward from this. By looking within, examining our relationship to ourselves and our environment(s) and how this impacts our own lives, our families, and our relationships. If your goal is to overcome obstacles (inside and outside), grow stronger mentally, and develop a resilience for life then I would love to help you meet your goals.
L.M.S.W. and trained in mental health practice. I practice therapy (under supervision) in rural Oklahoma. I specialize in trauma and mental illness. I have spent many years in child welfare and within healthcare (hospice care). I am currently in training to become a Registered Play Therapist (R.R.T.)
Whether these issues are caused by life, circumstance, or health, I would be honored to help you and your family. If you have any questions about services that I offer, please do not hesitate to give me a call!
