My ideal clients are young adults struggling with mental health concerns, where to go in life, and career exploration/searching. I also adore working with anyone who is 15 or older that struggles with life stressors, anxiety, and depression. I strive to give an open and safe space to discuss your mental health struggles and assist to unpack uncomfortable thoughts or feelings you may be having. I am motivated to assist you in focusing on your strengths, creating effective coping skills, and simply being present with you. My primary goal is to help my clients improve their overall motivation and to live a happy and fulfilling life.
I'm a pre-licensed mental health counselor under the supervision of a licensed counselor. I work with clients ages 16 and up and provide telehealth services in NH, ME, and VT. I tend to use an eclectic approach to therapy, utilizing Solution-Focused, CBT, Strengths-Based, and Mindfulness techniques to help overcome mental health obstacles.
