My name is Amanda Rozell and I have worked with clients extending from those who have everyday anxiety, general life challenges and worries, to those who have been through trauma, have persistent mental health disorders, and addiction and substance use. Additionally, I have worked with the age range of adolescence up to older adulthood.
As a Mental Health Counselor working remotely in New York, I have a bachelors in Psychology and a masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. When working with clients I often utilize Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) as well as strengths-based approaches. With this said, I still tailor my approach to fit the client's needs and provide the best care.
