While every client is unique, many face significant life transitions, anxiety, depression, or a search for deeper meaning and fulfillment. They often feel stuck, disconnected, or uncertain about their direction and need a safe, supportive space to explore their thoughts, emotions, and challenges. While client goals vary, they typically include gaining greater clarity, building resilience, and cultivating a stronger sense of self. In doing so, they come to understand themselves better, overcome obstacles, and live a more authentic, value-driven life.
I take an integrative approach and borrow from multiple clinical theories and modalities. My goal as a therapist is to help clients develop and cultivate a philosophy of life informed by their experiences, strengths, and challenges to get clients to accept the inherent responsibility required to live an authentic, meaningful, and value-driven life.
Finding a therapist who fits your unique needs and goals is crucial. Research shows that the Client-Therapist fit is a major factor in a client's success. Whether it's my approach, how I present in the therapeutic space, or if it just doesn’t feel right, that's okay. I encourage potential clients to shop around for the right fit!
