I primarily work with individuals and couples. Specifically, I work with people seeking help with depression, anxiety, survivors of abuse (physical, mental, emotional, sexual), trauma, grief and loss, anger management, relationship issues, and divorce.
The most common theories of counseling I use are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
