Hello! I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist that has been practicing mental health in a variety of roles for over 7 years! I love working with those who have difficulties around feeling overwhelmed by life’s uncertainty and want to seek their true strength and purpose.
The treatment methods i prefer to use in my therapy are the evidence-based practices of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I feel that by focusing on how the messages we tell ourselves, the way we think about our problems, and the behavioral responses to our various dilemmas are largely responsible for our issues.
