Hello my name is Julie Tatowicz and I am the owner of Coast to Coast LCSW Pllc. Reaching out for help is difficult, but you have already taken the first step. My goal is to make people feel comfortable and create an environment where people can feel heard and not judged. As a therapist I will help you formulate goals and work toward them. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. I try to help clients stay focused on the here and now, rather than getting stuck in the "whys" or the "what ifs." No matter what you're going through I want you to feel supported and empowered.
I am accepting new clients and scheduling appointments beginning in September 2024. Online only for NY and greater CA clients, in person for Santa Cruz County clients. For NY Clients I am in-network with Aetna, United, Cigna, Oxford, Oscar, Aetna Medicare and straight Medicare. For CA clients I take Kaiser, Aetna, United, Blue Shield, Cigna, Oxford, Oscar.
