Treatment can occur through individual therapy or couple and family therapy. Therapy can be a safe space where you feel supported and empowered to be your most vulnerable self, while navigating this difficult time. Virtual therapy is available to anyone in the United States. We only accept insurance if you’re in North Carolina - it is self-pay if the client is in another state.
