I support people process difficult experiences so they can find more resilience and ease in their daily life. I enjoy working with adults and adolescence who: want to explore their relationship to their body and food, have experienced trauma, are experiencing a life transition, identify as neuordivergent, and LGBTQIA+ folx. My approach to therapy is grounded in a holistic, trauma informed and gender affirming perspective, seeing the whole person in front of me, and the systems and socialization that has shaped them.

Young and middle-aged adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, history of substance use disorder, and self esteem issues who wish to get to the root of their struggles, and are seeking a warm and person-first therapist, will feel comfortable in my office. My goal is to provide a healing space through genuine human connection, empathy, collaboration to meet your goals, and humor!

I work with adults struggling with relationship issues, addiction, depression, anxiety, and PTSD. Many of my clients have become very successful despite difficult childhoods and are curious how therapy can help to reduce their suffering, heal from past traumas, and learn healthier ways of attachment. I use elements of EMDR therapy in my approach. I am kink allied and sex positive. I invite you to come as you are. I will respect, support, and encourage you during our time in therapy.

I have worked with individuals, couples, and families in counseling for over 20 years and was an educator prior. I work with a wide variety of clients, but have extensive experience working with anxiety, depression, divorce, parenting, life transitions, personal discovery, and spiritual issues.

I use traditional talk therapy, EMDR, and parts work (IFS model) to support clients in processing trauma and better understanding the roots of present-day anxiety, relationship struggles, addiction, and other distress. I am also a Licensed Addiction Counselor in Colorado. By strengthening self-understanding, we can begin to unravel old habits and impact change.

If you’re struggling to feel fulfilled or consistent, I can provide support while we work to identify and address the contributing issues. I have a special interest in the intersection between ADHD and self-esteem issues, but I work with individuals, couples, and families around a variety of issues. As a psychotherapist I specialize in working with men, athletes, and adolescents as well as people suffering from anxiety, trauma, and depression . I believe that for change to occur, there must be a strong foundation of trust, safety, and openness to experience in the therapeutic relationship.
