I will gladly work with all age groups, but specialize working with ages 10 and younger. I am experienced in working with families and children through various behavioral challenges and stressful life events. I have been in the Montrose area for 5 years now. Throughout this time I have learned about the growing need for consistent mental health therapy for children and families.

In my 19 years as a counselor, I have worked with a large variety of clients facing many different issues. I approach my clients with compassion, a sense of humor and knowledge to empower you through short and long term rough spots. I tend towards working with folks who are/have struggled with anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD and navigating life changes. I would say my approach is often eclectic, meaning that I tailor my treatment according to your needs and feedback.
