Samantha was raised in New Hampshire, and recently moved to Colorado from South Carolina where she received her Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lenoir-Rhyne University. She also received her BA degree in Psychology from Winthrop University in South Carolina. Samantha is also pursuing a PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision from the University of Northern Colorado.

AllHealth Network provides mental health and substance abuse services for all stages of life. We offer individual, family and group outpatient counseling for children, adolescents, adults, and adults. These services include assessment and treatment planning with one of our master’s-level or licensed therapists, group therapy and medication management. We have an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) in Littleton and Castle Rock for adults seeking treatment for mental health and substance use concerns. We offer medication-assisted therapy (MAT) for individual trying to get off of pain killers or opioids.

Brooke grew up in Colorado and received her undergraduate degree from the University of Denver, where she majored in criminology and minored in sustainability. She then went on to complete her Master’s in Social Work from the University of Denver in 2014, where she focused on families and trauma therapy. Brooke has experience working with adolescents, adults, parents, and families, and believes in each person’s ability to thrive mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. Brooke wishes to support her clients in building skills to access their own resiliency and capabilities.

I strive to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where the needs and challenges of my clients can be understood and addressed. With my multi cultural life experience and background, I incorporate cultural competency and cultural sensitivity to accommodate and respect differences in opinions, values, and attitudes of the minoritized population. I encourage my clients to talk about their experiences in order to gain insights into patterns of negative thinking, identify harmful and behavior patterns.

I love working with clients to help them work through their anxiety roadblocks so they can get back to living their lives. I specialize in OCD, but also work with social phobia, generalized anxiety, and more. Therapy requires some homework, but I promise it'll be worth it!
