Brody Shelstad is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who has been practicing since 2015. She graduated from Syracuse University with a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy and graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Master of Arts in Applied Child and Adolescent Development - Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health. Brody believes in an eclectic approach that focuses on supporting each person, partnership or family based on their uniqueness and needs. She works in partnership with her clients to help them meet their goals and help them live a happy and healthy life.

She has been practicing psychotherapy since 2004. She holds both a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Social Work Degrees with high honors from the University of Southern California. Sandra is a licensed clinical social worker in the states of California and Colorado. Her commitment to the field extends to education, as she has served as an adjunct professor at Colorado State University, School of Social Work, Master of Social Work Program.

Jennifer Townsend is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in Colorado who has been practicing since 2021. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Studio Art from Augustana College and a Master's Degree in Art Therapy: Counseling from Adler University. Jennifer takes a very warm and empathetic approach to counseling and has a lot of resources. She is goal oriented and able to offer art therapy services to clients who are interested. Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys hiking, reading, and painting.

Sarah Van Norden is a Licensed Professional Counselor-Candidate with a Master's in Science for Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University. In addition to her two years of professional work, Sarah has an extensive history of engaging in the mental health field through providing advocacy and social awareness, as well as experience supporting family members struggling with chronic mental illness. Sarah operates from a compassionate, trauma-informed approach primarily utilizing Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
