Welcome! I work with couples as well as individual adults and teens who want to heal and grow. My clients include people of all gender expressions and sexual orientations. Some of the issues that I have experience with include relationship challenges, depression, anxiety, trauma, and sexuality.

In my counseling office, you can experience the support you need to feel safe, become your best self, forgive yourself and others, learn mindfulness skills to manage difficult emotions, and reprocess past traumas. You'll gain tools to move through periods of unease with purpose. You'll also develop skills and resilience for living in these uncertain times. I am Licensed (LPC), Nationally Certified, trained in EMDR, Splankna Spiritual Energy work, and Trauma Certified.

I work with men, children, adolescents, college and Highly Sensitive People. With men, I specialize in increasing emotional intelligence and communication so they can enrich relationships with their loved ones that are struggling or can be better than it is. When working with children and adolescents, I specialize in anxiety, building coping and interpersonal skills, and healing through traumatic or confusing times and events. With Highly Sensitive People, I specialize in helping understand their world and how to interact with it, and provide tools to take their unique strengths and qualities for self-actualization.

I provide services to those looking to find support with emotional regulation, executive functioning, self-care strategies, mental shifts and transitions, self love, self inquiry, communication skills, social skills, motivation, and confidence.

As an expert in personal growth and healing, I am passionate about helping people uncover their hidden inner genius. I believe our psyche leaves clues about our purpose and path, as well as the markers of our trauma and healing needs, throughout the "treasure map" of our bodies. Following these clues, we can remember, deepen, and live our unique life journeys.
