Society’s standards bombard us, leading us to lose ourselves in endless comparison games. My mission is to build a genuine connection with you. Together, we can create a safe space to heal from the past and reconnect with your true self, the one that shines brightly and plays freely, at your own pace. You are dynamic and unique. Traditional talk therapy alone is not enough.

I am grateful you are embarking on this journey! Growing up as an artist and spending most of my early play time in nature, I learned to embody nature through making art. I describe myself as a culturally attentive, gentle, and contemplative therapist with the intention of helping you to fully uncover your authentic self. Using a combination of play, art-making, and somatic-based therapy, I aim to help young children and adolescents express and release parts of themselves more freely.
