I have a passion for supporting people in helping themselves, believing that everyone is deserving of compassion and respect. A few of the populations that I have experience working with are the LGBTQ+ community, people with disabilities, and people who come from a variety of religious and cultural backgrounds. I recognize the importance of factors outside of the therapy room that make us special and unique.

Along with talk therapy, I specialize in EMDR Therapy (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing).

I provide faith-based counseling to a wide variety of clients, with a specialization in trauma, anxiety, and relationship issues. I am passionate about helping people resource themselves so that they are equipped to handle life challenges in stride. My practice also focuses on healing wounds that are impeding relational health, so that the progress you and your family make will be lasting.
