Hi there, I’m Dr. Z., a licensed clinical psychologist who specializes in helping people through the reproductive journey. I’m here for the ups, the downs, the unsures, and the “who knows”. My goal is to help people navigate the challenges that come with this process. This means helping you navigate pregnancy loss, abortion, infertility, birthing trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship stress, and the many other challenges that can arise from conception through parenthood.

I am passionate about supporting women, young adults, teens, and adolescents who are ready to embark on a journey of self-exploration and growth. I specialize in helping those who are navigating the complexities of anxiety, depression, identity issues, infertility, and trauma.
