I find it fulfilling to work with clients who want to bring into balance their emotional, relational, spiritual, cognitive, and physical dimensions. I have helped people who have experienced grief, addictions, trauma, religious and spiritual abuse, relationships, low-self-esteem, anxiety, and depression. I work with a variety of diverse clients, including members of the LGBTQIA+ community, religious/spiritual communities, racial and ethnic backgrounds. I work with people who want to change addiction patterns, and trauma.

Throughout our life we have developed strategies to handle upheaval, loss, and struggle. These strategies, though well practiced, may no longer be serving us. Bronwyn offers a safe space to unpack historical experiences and present-day triggers. She encourages curiosity and self-awareness. She pulls from Hakomi, mindfulness, and neurobiology to tend to emotions, identify & adapt unhelpful thinking and behavior, and regulate the nervous system. Bronwyn's approach builds resiliency, offers new strategies in managing daily stressors/anxieties, helps respond to somatic (physical) symptoms, and nurtures your inner voice.

My specialty lies in helping individuals and families overcome the impact of traumas, transitions, and other major life events. I also specialize in the perinatal period, specifically pregnancy loss and postpartum. I believe in creating a safe, relaxed, and nonjudgmental space to support you in reaching your goals, and commit to doing my own personal work to create a practice that is culturally-responsive and anti-oppressive. In addition to direct therapy, I provide caregiver/parent coaching, providing you support and tools to strengthen the parent-child relationship. I also offer clinical supervision toward LCSW licensure hours.

The Children’s Trauma Center (CTC) provides comprehensive trauma treatment for children ages 3-12. We use treatment models that have proven results. We also believe that imbalances in nutrition, movement, sleep, and connection with others, can have a significant impact on a child’s quality of life and ability to fully participate in effective trauma treatment. At CTC, we attend not only to the trauma treatment, but also to the child's overall health by providing therapeutic "whole health" activities in our indoor garden, kitchen and outdoor space.
