I works with children, adolescents and adults in individual and family therapy, utilizing Play Based Therapy, Talk Therapy, AEDP, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, EMDR and Brainspotting. I specialize in helping highly emotional, sensitive children & overwhelmed parents navigate daily challenges, transitions and big life events. Many parents experience overwhelm & can feel stuck when their children are anxious, displaying out of control behaviors or regressing in their development. I collaborate with parents to cultivate healing through increasing awareness of their children's emotions & behaviors to co-create age and developmentally appropriate tools for emotional regulation, that help resolve emotional conflict & restore balance to the family unit. I also provide 1:1 parent coaching, individual & family therapy.

I am currently accepting new clients! I offer a Telehealth platform for remote sessions, or in-person sessions at my home office. Hello! Thank you for taking a look at my therapy practice. I consider it an incredible honor to support individuals, couples, and families through challenging times. From my perspective, therapy should be a fairly brief, direct and effective experience where you learn practical tools to better navigate your relationships and other dynamics of your life you may not be feeling well-equipped to handle. I believe therapeutic sessions should be dynamic and produce results. My education includes approaches in attachment and mindfulness.

Belonging is the center of all I do - regardless of your background, identity, or what you are experiencing, I strive to create a space in which you can truly be you as you navigate the ups and downs of life.

We all get scared sometimes - scared things will change, scared things won’t change, scared of who we truly are or who we might become. Life can really throw us for a loop. It takes real bravery to face the things that scare us. And only through that bravery can we actually accept ourselves for who we are, what we truly want and what part we’ve had in creating the thing that scares us. Once we can accept this, we can begin to create a life reflecting truth, authenticity and integrity.

I have over 20 years of experience as a social worker and therapist and over 14 years as an art therapist. I have worked with children and families in a variety of settings and capacities. I started my career working in foster care and residential settings and have experience working with grief/loss, trauma, family discord, behavioral and emotional issues, and mood disorders. Since becoming a parent in 2006, I have a passion for working with parents, women and mothers as well as adolescents. I am able to engage individuals who may be uncomfortable with traditional talk therapy.

I specialize in couples counseling and men’s issues. FOR COUPLES, I help you use existing strengths in a process of Calming, Listening, Recommitting and Problem-Solving.
