We will address thoughts and feelings; some of which may be faulty and were formed from early childhood. We will learn how our reactions can be based on "learned intuitive behaviors," which then cause "fight, flight, and freeze responses." We will develop positive skills to conquer these reactions, for a healthy sense of self confidence, happiness, and personal strength.
