When you call, we will conduct a brief phone intake and schedule your first appointment. Morning, afternoon, and evening sessions are available for your convenience. I am a faith-based individual and willing to deal with "spiritual" issues when the opportunity arises, but will always do so in a "non-preachy" fashion.

I combine Dance Movement Therapy (DMT) & Aquatic Therapy (AT), Geek therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) & Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to assist clients in moving toward balance. DMT is psychotherapeutic use of movement to promote emotional, social, cognitive, & physical integration of the person. AT is use of water & specifically designed activity to aid in restoration, extension, maintenance & quality of function for persons with acute, transient, or chronic disabilities, syndromes, or diseases. Geek Therapy combines fandom & concepts clients relate to with CBT, DBT and other approaches to address client needs.

I am a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist- Consultant who specialists in trauma. I use integrative, holistic and evidence-based practices to help those struggling with eating disorders, disordered eating and trauma. I focus on the integration of somatic, or body-centered therapies to help someone heal both in their mind, and in their body. I also offer equine based therapy to support this healing process. My hope is to help my clients experience change from the inside out. I also believe in facilitating an inclusive space that rejects assumed beliefs about someone based on their size, shape, gender, race or ethnicity.
