As a graduate student of Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Regis University and a Level 2 Internal Family Systems (IFS) practitioner, my clinical practice is grounded in my study of IFS, person-centered, and trauma-informed models of psychotherapy. I integrate these modalities in my work with adults, adolescents, and children struggling with depression, anxiety, and life transitions.
