With over a decade of dedicated service in the mental health field, I've cultivated an understanding of the intricate work between desire and action, particularly in overcoming addiction. As a certified addictions counselor, my expertise lies in navigating the treacherous waters of change, guiding individuals through the tumultuous journey from dependency to freedom. But addiction is not the sole focus of my practice.

I am committed to providing empathetic and personalized support to individuals seeking guidance and help with self-reflection. I have a passion for mental health and well-being, and I strive to create a safe and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences.
