I have been providing therapy services and supervised other therapists for over 20 years. I love sitting with people and doing the work it takes to have a good life.

After 20+ years as a global business professional while raising 3 children in a two working parent household, my life experience, combined with my clinical training, I am passionate about helping others navigate life’s obstacles; whether it be life transitions, adults of childhood trauma, parenting, romantic relationships, divorce, affairs, careers, adult children caring for parents or parenting neurodiverse children. With over three decades as a mental health practitioner and clinical leader, I specialize in delivering comprehensive patient care by combining medical knowledge with behavioral health expertise.  This means understanding how physical health impacts mental well-being and vice versa. We offer individual, family and group outpatient counseling for children, adolescents, adults, and adults. These services include assessment and treatment planning with one of our master’s-level or licensed therapists, group therapy and medication management. We have an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) in Littleton and Castle Rock for adults seeking treatment for mental health and substance use concerns. We offer medication-assisted therapy (MAT) for individual trying to get off of pain killers or opioids.

I've been in the addictions / mental health (dual diagnosis) field for over 25 years in Colorado. I'm a very accessible and active therapist, and I offer specialized groups to meet clients' needs. Groups occur Tuesday through Saturday, depending on group assignment.
