I am passionate about mental health counseling with a focus on providing tailored support to individuals navigating various challenges. My mental health journey was guided by a few VIPs who showed me, sometimes pushed me, towards the way out of darkness. Their warmth, empathy, honesty, and loyalty inspired my approach to therapy. I strive to embody these qualities, creating an environment built on trust, understanding, and authenticity. I am deeply committed to supporting first responders through their unique challenges and individuals who are victims (survivors!) of crimes. My focus lies in addiction recovery and trauma therapy, providing a haven for those who have experienced tough or traumatic events in the community or while serving our communities.

AllHealth Network provides mental health and substance abuse services for all stages of life. We offer individual, family and group outpatient counseling for children, adolescents, adults, and adults. These services include assessment and treatment planning with one of our master’s-level or licensed therapists, group therapy and medication management. We have an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) in Littleton and Castle Rock for adults seeking treatment for mental health and substance use concerns. We offer medication-assisted therapy (MAT) for individual trying to get off of pain killers or opioids.
