I also strive to playfully challenge unproductive beliefs and explore the function of behaviors. I work to foster curiosity and empower individuals to develop authenticity, autonomy, and self-compassion. I received my master's degree in 2009 and PsyD in 2012 from the University of Denver.

Hello! My name is Chanel and and I am a humanistic therapist specializing in trauma, relational issues and women's issues. My goal is to create a safe space where you can feel comfortable exploring your past in order to identify patterns and behaviors that haven't served you, so that we can establish new habits and new ways of thinking that can support you and help you create meaningful relationships in your life. Over the last 13 plus years I have specialized in treating clients struggling with substance use and trauma. I have spent the majority of my career working in treatment facilities that address substance use whether they were residential, extended care or outpatient and I enjoy working with those who report concerns related to their use of a substance(s) and report other "underlying concerns" such as a history of trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, etc. I've been trained in EMDR and spent several years working with young adults, women, and even professionals. Codependency and family work is also an area of expertise of mine.

Making the decision to see a therapist is a big one, my goal is to make sure that this decision is a worthwhile one. My straightforward and direct approach coupled with over 25 years of social work practice allows me to form positive working relationships with most. Ayla Sjoberg is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado who started practicing in 2016. She has a BA in Psychology and Forensic Science from Syracuse University and an MA in Forensic Psychology from the University of Denver. Ayla believes in an eclectic approach to therapy, considering the many facets that are involved in psychotherapy. She strives to treat patients with the most effective therapeutic orientations that fit their needs and address any barriers preventing them from a healthy and high-functioning lifestyle.

Jescia received her Master’s Degree in Social Work in 2021, from Western New Mexico University, and is a Licensed Social Worker. She chose social work as a second career after practicing law as an Assistant District Attorney in Santa Fe, New Mexico. She has a broad range of experience, and brings unique qualifications to therapy with a variety of people. Jescia has experience providing clinical support to professionals in high stress occupations, and who are in recovery from addiction.

I am a relational therapist who supports individuals and couples who are wanting to pursue healing. My clients often feel overwhelmed, stuck, and confused as they go through challenging transitions, relationship difficulties, or begin to face past trauma. I help couples who want to deepen intimacy and rebuild a meaningful sense of connection.
