My name is Christine Sibilla, MA, LPC and I understand that self-care and the health of our minds is incredibly important, especially when it doesn't feel like there is a path forward. Sometimes the skills we utilized are no longer enough, and we require additional help navigating our situation. With over three decades as a mental health practitioner and clinical leader, I specialize in delivering comprehensive patient care by combining medical knowledge with behavioral health expertise.  This means understanding how physical health impacts mental well-being and vice versa. It also means addressing how chronic illness affects mental health or how anxiety can manifest physically. Drawing from decades of experience, we will work to customize treatment plans to suit individual needs whether related to trauma, mental health disorders or chronic conditions.

I have over 30 years of experience as a clinical social worker. I have worked in school, hospital and outpatient mental health settings. I am very passionate about the work I have done as a clinical social worker and all the learning experiences it as provided and contributed to my personal and professional growth . I've been in the addictions / mental health (dual diagnosis) field for over 25 years in Colorado. I sincerely believe in clients' ability to make enduring change, after they have learned to identify and accept what's not working in their lives. I'm a very accessible and active therapist, and I offer specialized groups to meet clients' needs. Groups occur Tuesday through Saturday, depending on group assignment. Individual sessions are often a part of effective treatment planning, in addition to, or instead of, group format. Reasonable pricing.

My areas of expertise include working with men and women individually (I am not a couples therapist) as they navigate through a myriad of challenges such as anxiety, depression, insecurities, uncertainties and how past traumas and learned behaviors can all play a part in the health of their current relationships. Of course this includes their intimate partner relationships but I also have much experience in helping individuals navigate through concerns involving complex adult child/parent relationships.

I have been working in the mental health field for over 20 years and have experience ranging from early childhood to chronic adult, in a variety of settings including community mental health outpatient clinics, residential treatment homes and day treatment. I enjoy working mostly with children and their families to help them cope with a variety of issues such as behavioral and school related issues, peer relationships, family relationships, grief and loss as well as victims of abuse, neglect, domestic violence or other traumatic events. Although I see children of all ages, I specialize in early childhood.
