AllHealth Network provides mental health and substance abuse services for all stages of life. We offer individual, family and group outpatient counseling for children, adolescents, adults, and adults. These services include assessment and treatment planning with one of our master’s-level or licensed therapists, group therapy and medication management. We have an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) in Littleton and Castle Rock for adults seeking treatment for mental health and substance use concerns. We offer medication-assisted therapy (MAT) for individual trying to get off of pain killers or opioids.

For me, working with teens and their families, along with couples and individuals, is my vocation rather than my profession. I guide individuals into a heightened awareness of themselves and their world. Another professional/personal passion is Cancer. In this domain, it really takes one to know one (and their caretakers). Guiding either the patient or caretaker is a new mission for me. I work closely with the sentiments in Dr. Kelly Turner's books - Radical Remission and Radical Hope.

In order to effect real and meaningful changes in ourselves we have to go deeper than just talking about what's wrong. Neuroscience tells us that over 80% of what we do, think, and feel, is out of our conscious awareness. This is why I use core-level modalities such as Hakomi, EMDR and Ketamine-assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) . These methods employ a mindfulness and somatic focus which helps us go deeper than our story. I will also coach you to practice mindfulness in your life which is essential in putting your sessions to work in your life.

I have been working in the mental health field for over 20 years and have experience ranging from early childhood to chronic adult, in a variety of settings including community mental health outpatient clinics, residential treatment homes and day treatment. I enjoy working mostly with children and their families to help them cope with a variety of issues such as behavioral and school related issues, peer relationships, family relationships, grief and loss as well as victims of abuse, neglect, domestic violence or other traumatic events. Although I see children of all ages, I specialize in early childhood.

The natural course of life presents many transitions, challenges, peaks and valleys. Each of us is "hard wired" in a different way, whether it be "nurture" or "nature". There are times in our lives when we can bounce back from anything and then there are times in our lives when our resilience falls short. I've been in the addictions / mental health (dual diagnosis) field for over 25 years in Colorado. I sincerely believe in clients' ability to make enduring change, after they have learned to identify and accept what's not working in their lives. I'm a very accessible and active therapist, and I offer specialized groups to meet clients' needs. Groups occur Tuesday through Saturday, depending on group assignment.
