My name is Melissa Hoskins and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, providing services to individuals in Colorado, where I currently live, as well as being licensed in Texas, Hawaii, Nevada, and Iowa. I have worked with various cultures throughout my career to include people involved in the criminal justice system, vulnerable populations, people experiencing hardships, excessive worry or sadness, grief and loss, relationship concerns, and self-esteem/image issues.

AllHealth Network provides mental health and substance abuse services for all stages of life. We offer individual, family and group outpatient counseling for children, adolescents, adults, and adults. These services include assessment and treatment planning with one of our master’s-level or licensed therapists, group therapy and medication management. We have an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) in Littleton and Castle Rock for adults seeking treatment for mental health and substance use concerns. We offer medication-assisted therapy (MAT) for individual trying to get off of pain killers or opioids.

I have worked with adolescents and parents for the last 38 years. I am eclectic in my approach to counseling. My approach is practical, open and straightforward while maintaining warmth and respect. Together we can enhance self reflection, stimulate self renewal, and guide introspection. I use a family systems approach, with psychoanalytic and humanistic techniques. I also apply art and play therapy techniques with children and adults. Often I will give homework assignments and offer reading resources. I am trained in the use of EMDR and use EMDR techniques and processes.

I've also completed additional training for Prepare/Enrich Marriage and Premarital assessments, perinatal (conception to a year after birth) mood and anxiety disorders, Gottman Method Couples Therapy Level 1, military culture, and suicide intervention skills.
