Hi, I specialize in trauma spectrum issues (everything from anxiety to PTSD and Spiritual Abuse) and family systems issues.

My two greatest passions are working with those who are wanting to live out their Christian faith in a way that is honoring to God and to walk with individuals to discover real and life-changing hope. Clients that I work well with want to acknowledge their strengths and weaknesses while seeking to grow in their fellowship with God. It is hard to reconcile that life is hard and God is good. Rocky Mountain Therapy Group offers tele-therapy across Colorado, Texas, Louisiana, Michigan, & Idaho. We offer ‘in person’ indoor or outdoor park therapy services in the Highlands Ranch and Colorado Springs and in parts of Louisiana. Our providers are able to provide faith-based Christian counseling upon request. Our therapists come with a variety of experience working with children, preteens, and teenagers, as well as therapists who specialize in working with adults and with couples. Our therapists are client-centered, compassionate, and have a passion for facilitating growth and healing.

Mountain Hope Counseling and Wellness is a growing team of diverse therapists that are dedicated to helping you heal, grow, and reach your mental health care goals. I have over 25 years of experience counseling adults, adolescents, individuals and couples to foster emotional, mental and spiritual wellness. My experience includes counseling in a variety of settings, including private practice, medical, crisis intervention, corrections, schools, and ministry.

I have 16 years experience working with Behavioral (sex, love, porn) and Chemical (drugs & alcohol) Addictions, Anxiety, Depression, Eating disorders, Family Addiction Systems, Infidelity, & Trauma related issues. I pride myself in understanding each individual, uniquely identifying his or her strengths, and using those strengths to empower change.
