You get a pit in your stomach when you think about, discuss, or engage in sex; you no longer or never enjoyed it. You have pain, erection, arousal, or orgasm issues and feel stuck. You're curious about trying on a sexual identity or playing in kink/BDSM. You have out-of control or shameful behaviors, dilemmas, porn use, or masturbation problems. You don’t know how to talk to your partner(s) about sex, let alone sharing the load more at home. Religion or the feeling of shame greatly limits you. You just can’t communicate. You can’t trust or forgive them – you’re too hurt and angry. Let me engage you in sex and relationship therapy.

My goal as a therapist is to help individuals and families achieve greater wellness. We can't control every situation we encounter in life. However, it is possible to develop a sense of wellness that goes beyond daily circumstances and allows us to feel joy, regardless of circumstances. This is accomplished by building the tools and insights needed to overcome roadblocks, while better utilizing strengths. I use specifically designed experiences to help make therapy useful, motivating, and memorable. Contact me to see if the services and experience I provide are a good fit with what you are hoping to achieve.

Sometimes getting away from an office is the best way to open yourself to change. When you feel stuck, as though you only go through the motions of the day, due to trauma and grief, spending time with horses (on the ground) and other animals is what is needed to get 'unstuck'. With specialty in grief recovery, I offer my horses and their intuitive nature to help clients make changes and get 'unstuck' in a safe, relaxed, peaceful setting. I also offer traditional therapy. We can sit in the quaint little office in the woods, take a walk through the trees or hang out with the animals; whatever you need on any particular day.

lI have been in private practice for 46 years in Littleton, Colorado. My work is a combination of the Western understanding of personality development including the powerful family influences as we grow up. Also important is the Nature we are born with. My view includes the Eastern understanding that we are imbued with pure aspects of Essence that emerge developmentally and are often buried due to our early experiences of life. The problem solving that we do in the session naturally leads to our deeper issues that when mirrored and supported become permanent changes in relationship to ourselves and others.
