Hi, I'm Dave, an LPCC and working towards my LAC. I have 3+ years of experience in the field of addiction and mental health focused outpatient therapy and 2 years of experience in an inpatient psychiatric facility. I have an interest in helping people figure out their substance use problems, address mental healthcare, learn stress management and anger management, explore trauma, and alleviate relationship conflicts. I am trained in various evidence-based practices including cognitive behavior therapy, dialectic behavior therapy, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care.
