I have over ten years of experience as a clinical psychologist, specializing in neuropsychological and psychological assessment. I provide a range of neuropsychological and psychological evaluation services for children and adults of all ages. ADHD testing, autism testing, learning disability testing, IQ testing, mood disorder testing, and more evaluation services provided.

I specialize in working with individuals who want to improve their relationships. IFS therapy can help people recognize and address the internal parts of themselves that influence their interactions with others. I am especially passionate about working with parents who feel overwhelmed and who are highly critical of themselves. One of the greatest experiences as a therapist is watching others overcome and grow through adversity, along with the resilience it takes to do so. I am available to assist in empowering you to overcome anxiety/depression/stress to move toward a happy, calm, peaceful and productive life through a person centered approach. I have years of experience in helping individuals, families, children and adolescents overcome and address a wide variety of life problems, mental illness, trauma, anxiety, relational problems and addiction. I have personal experience overcoming paralyzing fears. Hours are Monday to Friday for telehealth sessions. I have some availability on weekends to best serve your needs.

My focus is on adult clients coming in for trauma, anxiety, depression, abuse, life skills, substance abuse, codependency/relationship issues, and lack of motivation. Additionally assisted troubled teens within the Boy's Residential Treatment Center, teaching Wellness Living and Anger Management. I have completed all CAC training, presently completing requirements for my License Addiction Counselor (LAC). I have a Master in Psychology, a Masters in Human Services Counseling; Marriage & Family. Post graduate in Criminal Justice, the final stages of Ph.D. in Psychology.
