I’m Chloe Mincher (she/her), and I earned my MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Transpersonal Art Therapy from Naropa University. I’m glad you’re reaching out for support. My therapeutic approach centers on creating a sacred, empathic space where you can authentically explore and heal your mind, body, and soul. I integrate evidence-based practices with creative modalities like art and sand tray/play therapy, offering a language for experiences that often transcend words. My passion is working with families and children to help them in creating the best relationship possible. Children often do not have the words to tell us when things are not going well for them, instead, they often show us their feelings through challenging behaviors. I love helping parents understand their child's behavior and helping children find ways to cope when things are tough. I know parenting is not always easy. In addition to raising my own children, I have worked with children in a variety of settings including daycare and school. I truly enjoy helping parents and children learn to communicate and connect.

I am dedicated to guiding individuals on their journey towards holistic healing and self-discovery. With a passion for the mind-body connection, I specialize in assisting clients explore and transform their experiences through embodied practices. By fostering greater awareness of bodily sensations, emotions, and patterns, I help individuals access their existing capacity for healing and transformation. I integrate a blend of psychodynamic, somatic, and mindfulness-based approaches to meet the unique needs of each client.

I can help you learn tools and strategies to overcome substance abuse, addiction, codependency issues, depression, or anxiety issues and support you in learning and practicing the skills you need to stay on your new path. While the idea of overcoming substance abuse, addiction, codependency, depression, or anxiety issues may feel overwhelming, it is possible. I understand that it can be intimidating to ask for help: I agree to walk beside you every step of the way.

I work with individuals who are struggling with emotions (low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, anger, lack of fulfillment, and fear). Individuals may need guidance to heal effects of trauma, or may struggle with a life transition such as divorce, loss or feeling stuck. Through deep exploration, individuals gain insight into their internal world, learn to accept and love all of themselves and create a sense of balance and peace. I work with individuals to heal their deepest wounds and feel encouraged, clear, and empowered. My goal is to help each individual bring our work from session into their life.

James Mori, LPC, LAC Specializing in Adult Recovery Services who has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Colorado State University, a Master of Science degree in Counseling/School Counseling from the University of Phoenix and specialized Addiction Certification training at Odyssey Training Center. James has experience providing counseling services to a variety of individuals, particularly adolescents and adults, in various settings within the community. James has training in trauma-informed care, stress reduction, addiction intervention, crisis intervention, and is certified in CPR/AED.

Stephanie Coates, LCSW Stephanie Coates is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Colorado who has been practicing since 2014. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work and a Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of South Florida. Stephanie believes that respect and compassion are paramount in helping others to become the best version of themselves. She believes it is important to focus on the individual needs of each person she works with so that she can help them to identify specific goals they can progress towards.

While I have experience providing individual therapy to a range of adult clients, I am particularly passionate about serving queer and trans clients, women, and those who have experienced trauma and stigma.

I don't have an ideal client, I have an ideal outcome; which is leaving the client with skills, insights, perspectives, and tools they need to live happy and fulfilling lives; whether you're 6 or 100, an individual or part of a system. Everyone comes into therapy to change some part of themselves or their lives, and with my expertise, we can work together to accomplish whatever goals a client has to feel secure in themselves and live their ideal lives as much as possible. I think it's crucial to stress that the relationship between a therapist and client is collaborative and the responsibility of making progress is equally theirs.

My journey into becoming a therapist began in the heart of educational settings, as a school social worker, where I served as a trusted advocate and counselor for students, families, and faculty alike. Working in schools allowed me to work with a wide variety of ages and abilities. This background has equipped me with a deep understanding of developmental stages and the nuances of childhood and adolescent psychology.

Everyone has a story to tell. Sometimes we need someone to listen to our story and bear witness to it. Other times we need someone to help us understand the events in our story, or assist us as we write the next chapter in our story. No matter our age, we each have the ability to learn from our stories and create a path towards our desired future.
