I am a licensed clinical psychologist and psychoanalyst with over a decade of experience providing psychotherapy to younger and older adults. I have worked at length with individuals struggling with phase of life issues, occupational problems, identity and relationship problems, depression, and anxiety. I have also worked with high performance professionals and executives experiencing burnout and other professional problems. My goal is to help people develop insight into the thoughts, feelings, conflicts, and relational patterns underlying the difficulties they are faced with.

I have gained extensive experience working with young adults (18 and older), adults, and couples. Issues common to those with whom I work are life transitions, relationship and family issues, premarital and marital counseling, depression and anxiety, grief, emotion regulation, trauma and abuse, and autism. I work very collaboratively and take the time to fully understand your concerns. I find that it is important to consider external factors related to an issue such as one's relationships, current stressors and past major life events as well as internal factors such as one's beliefs, thoughts and emotions.

I tend to approach therapy through the exploration of current and past relationships in your life. Together, we look for relationship patterns that you would like to change because they are troublesome to you. I work with individuals, couples and families to help sort out problems and identify emotions with the goal of feeling better. Our work may include new ways to think about problems and/or new coping strategies to more effectively deal with them.

Our price range is from $100-$150 for individual sessions and $60 for groups. We off both in-peron and virtual sessions, and have appointment availability Mondays-Saturdays.
