My experiences with the adoption triad, a high-control religious environment, and trauma have led me into this work after 25 years of raising my six children, by birth and adoption. This breadth of experience is a great asset and allows me to feel comfortable working with almost any client issues, but I still find that a grounded common sense is my best tool as a therapist. I also feel that I am able to express my perceptions in a manner that clients are able to hear, understand and take into consideration.
