I am an experienced trauma therapist with a profound passion for helping individuals heal from their emotional wounds. My journey into the world of trauma therapy began with overcoming my own trauma. I have extensive training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and Somatic Experiencing. My goal is to help clients get to the other side, and beyond what is causing distress and internal discord. We each have the capability, and right, to live our best life. Hi there! I am a licensed clinical social worker. For the past 5 years I have been a school-based therapy. I work with adolescents and adults, specializing in: anxiety, panic, depression, trauma, attachment based challenges, relationships, and life transitions. I am dedicated to offering holistic, identity-affirming psychotherapy and integrate an anti-oppressive framework into treatment.

I work with empowering adults, teens, couples and families with the difficult challenges that life can bring.
