Instead of being tossed around by your emotions, I help you feel like you can ride on top of them with empowerment to be the queen or king of your own life.
Hello! I work with Individuals and Couples drawing on Hakomi and PACT modalities by helping clients shift out of unhelpful patterns and into harmonious empowerment with themselves and the world around them. I see healing as having two parts, one is healing past and increasing emotional resilience, the other is strengthening the your sense of Self and who you are in the world around you. In my work with clients, we aren’t only healing the past, we develop a vision of where you are going. Your Ideal You and your Ideal Life. Somatic therapy with an emphasis on empowerment.

You'll also learn practical skills to enhance your mental health in daily life.
Do you feel depressed, anxious, or just stuck? Perhaps you’re grieving a loss or struggling with difficult relationships. I’ve been there. I know what it’s like to feel this way, sometimes without any sense of why. I know what it’s like to long for connection and feel alone. I also know first-hand that healing and connection are possible and that therapy can help.

I will support you to know yourself better - by exploring your life and relationship patterns.
Are you feeling alone and isolated during this time of profound change and uncertainty happening all around us? Do you generally feel that you’re doing okay but sometimes you just need to let down the walls and cry or just be heard in all your fears and worries? If you need or want support, please know that you are not alone and please reach out to me or someone else. In my work as a Psychotherapist, a great deal of what I do when working with my clients is to just be there to care, listen and offer support however you most need it. When I use the word “support” what I mean is that hopefully you will feel less alone in your world.

I also work with individuals on relationship and parenting issues, and managing everyday stressors and life transitions.
Are you and your partner feeling disconnected and lonely in your relationship? Do you long for greater emotional and physical intimacy but just can't seem to find your way back to each other? Do you get caught in the same argument over and over that leaves you both feeling hurt, angry, and alone? I can work with you to identify that negative cycle you get stuck in and put a stop to it. Working together, we can heal wounds and resentments, and restore trust and warmth, so that you both feel loved and cherished.

Picture this: I'm like your trusty sidekick on a quest towards a brighter, more fulfilling life, totally dedicated to cheering you on as you unravel your own unique path to personal growth. What makes me stand out? Well, I've got quite the story myself as an immigrant who took on the USA all by myself at 19. That journey? It taught me a thing or two about resilience, understanding different cultures, and most importantly, the incredible strength we all carry within. Those life-altering moments? They've shaped my approach to therapy, and now my goal is to help you tap into that inner strength, unleashing your true potential.

Life Coaching Therapists

What can I expect from life coaching?

Clients and coaches will typically start by identifying the problem area(s) that the client hopes to address—then, the coach will help the client brainstorm potential solutions and explore concrete techniques to help the client attain their goals. Coaching is typically short-term and focused on finding solutions in the here and now, rather than exploring a client’s past. In addition to strategies aimed at the client’s specific concerns, coaches may encourage general stress management techniques such as meditation.

Can a life coach help treat anxiety?

Because the majority of life coaches are not licensed clinicians, they are not qualified to diagnose or treat anxiety. Anyone struggling with anxiety or another mental health condition should seek help from a licensed mental health practitioner. However, some coaching clients who struggle with subclinical anxiety report that working with their coach on other problems—such as career dissatisfaction or unhealthy habits—has a positive effect on their anxiety.

Can life coaching be done online?

Yes. While life coaching often happens in person, many coaches conduct sessions over the phone or via online platforms such as Zoom or Skype. Because life coaches are not subject to local licensing regulations in the same way that therapists are, they are able to see clients who live in other locations.

How long does life coaching last?

Life coaching tends to be a shorter-term process than therapy, though it does not always unfold over a specific period of time and is instead based on the coach’s or the client’s preferences. Coaching often takes place over three to 12 months but may be shorter or longer if necessary.
