We will look at what is inhibiting your progress. You have the greatest wisdom of your life; you have a profound say in the work we do. I am grateful to be in service to diverse populations, and cultures of people. I work with adults managing anxiety, grief/loss, relationship conflict, women's issues, and self-identity. I received my undergrad degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado, Denver in 2014 and then earned my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health from Adams State University in 2019.
