I work from a strength and client-based perspective. In addition to working from a psychodynamic and psychoanalytic approach, I use Trauma-Focused CBT, Advanced EMDR, ACT and other cognitive and brain-based approaches ("Neuropsychotherapy") to help individuals move past difficult traumas into a more fulfilling life. I support clients in their own spiritual beliefs and values in working with their relationship, wellness and adjustment issues. I value clients who are willing to be genuine and work towards their own goals in their personal journey and relationships.

There will be a time in everyone’s life when additional assistance is needed to navigate life stressors/transitions. In therapy, I strive to help people regain the best version of themselves via increasing attunement with themselves and providing a space to process experiences. I primarily work with preteens(11-13), adolescents/teens(14-19), young adults(18-25) and adults who are seeking therapy in hopes of improving and better understanding their life.

I have just completed my Music Therapy Bachelor of Music degree from Colorado State University and completed my Music Therapy Board Certification exam, number: 18933. I am now practicing as a professional Music Therapist at Creative Remedies, LLC. I am a neurodivergent clinician passionate about creating a client centered experience with my clients eliminating as much power dynamics as possible. I am a trauma informed, humanistic, and neurologic informed clinician.
