She received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Central Florida and Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Rollins College. Abby also has a certificate from Rollins College in College and University Counseling. Abby has experience working with adolescents, young adults, and adults who struggle with a variety of presenting challenges such as: anxiety, depression, relational issues, self-esteem, disordered eating, identity and more identity exploration, substance use and anger management.

I am available to assist in empowering you to overcome anxiety/depression/stress to move toward a happy, calm, peaceful and productive life through a person centered approach. I have years of experience in helping individuals, families, children and adolescents overcome and address a wide variety of life problems, mental illness, trauma, anxiety, relational problems and addiction. I have personal experience overcoming paralyzing fears. Hours are Monday to Friday for telehealth sessions. I have some availability on weekends to best serve your needs.

My professional experience includes working with populations struggling with substance use and trauma. I also have experience working with those involved int he criminal justice system. I prefer to utilize a client-centered, interpersonal approach in the therapeutic relationship and am trained in EMDR. I am a certified Sex Addiction Therapist Candidate.
