Hello! I’m Emily, welcome to my practice! My goal is to work to help others build healthy relationships in their personal and professional lives. I work with Individuals struggling with anxiety and past trauma, as well as, couples using the Gottman method. My goal is to help you discover yourself in new ways and bring awareness to themes in your life and how they relate to your family of origin. I use various methods to help others with anxiety, depression, processing loss and trauma, as well as, family conflict and relationship issues.

There are times in our lives when we just feel stuck. Experiences of loneliness, pain, and anxiety can cause us to feel like we can’t breathe, draining us, and having an overall negative impact on our health. These experiences may be due to consequences of our choices, our past, or may just be unresolved issues that are beyond our control.
