How are you handling your life right now? Life can feel overwhelming creating stress, anxiety, fear, and doubt and leaving us feeling paralyzed and stuck. As we adjust to new seasons of life, there tend to be periods of the unknown with mixed emotions. Life transitions need life skills. This is more of a partnership to navigate through past wounds into a healthier, more stable, and confident future. I also walk with clients with spiritual trauma and fertility issues (including fertility treatments, IVF, miscarriage, and postpartum), as someone who has walked through this myself it's nice to have someone who "gets it".

I am a Christian psychotherapist who enjoys helping people with various life issues. I aim to come alongside clients to assist with a wide range of challenges. Seeking help for the first time can be scary so I understand that the first step is a significant one. Once we get started, I help clients gain insight using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Insight-oriented therapy, Schema Therapy, and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) methods. AllHealth Network provides mental health services and substance abuse services for children, adolescents, adults, older adults, couples, and families. These services include: assessment and treatment planning with one of our master’s-level or licensed therapists, counseling, group therapy and medication services. We also have an Intensive Outpatient Program in Littleton & Castle Rock for adults working towards recovery from substance use and mental health concerns.
