lI have been in private practice for 46 years in Littleton, Colorado. My work is a combination of the Western understanding of personality development including the powerful family influences as we grow up. Also important is the Nature we are born with. My view includes the Eastern understanding that we are imbued with pure aspects of Essence that emerge developmentally and are often buried due to our early experiences of life. The problem solving that we do in the session naturally leads to our deeper issues that when mirrored and supported become permanent changes in relationship to ourselves and others.

I’ve found my passion when working with adolescents and adults suffering to navigate life’s challenges. I have spent the last couple of years living and working in Colorado, falling in love with the state after moving here for graduate school. We have lived through challenging times, with Covid and the ways it has changed how we live, to social and political divides and economic hardships. I know that it is not always easy to come to the realization that we may need help with what life throws at us, and that we have often been raised to feel that we should be strong enough to handle whatever comes our way on our own.
