With over 20 years working in the mental health field, Tiffany has worked in many settings including schools, hospitals (inpatient and day treatment), residential treatment facilities and outpatient clinics. Life can get crazy sometimes, it can feel lonely, confusing, and like being lost down a road that first had an exciting glimmer of hope. I'd like to offer compassion in these moments of need, to help take a look at strengthening coping strategies to help navigate through difficult moments, relationships or big life decisions. With over 17 years of experience I have a large collection of coping strategies to help cater to each client. Special focus on assisting young adults with big life decisions, refueling energy and personal care to therapists and caregivers, and increasing satisfaction with aging and life changes.

I have been passionate about psychology and helping others for as long as I can remember. One of my early passions became to destigmatize mental health care. Mental health is just as important as physical health. Callie Gummow is a Licensed Professional Counselor, who has been practicing since 2017. She received her Bachelor of Art's degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado and graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. While pursuing her Master's degree, Callie worked in various roles with children, adolescents and families experiencing significant mental health symptoms for the Department of Human Services and in-patient residential facilities.

Dr. Zierk specializes in behavioral medicine and health psychology, and approaches therapy from a wellness and whole-person perspective. Dr. Zierk is an expert in mood and anxiety disorders, bipolar, PTSD/trauma, adult ADD, and chronic pain. He also specializes in relationship-based, time-limited therapy with individuals, couples and families experiencing difficulties with meaningful connection and effective communication. His treatment focuses on issues such as communication, conflict resolution, intimacy, problem solving, anger management, mood management, and chronic pain recovery.

I am able to offer in-person services to clients near Centennial, CO and telehealth virtual services to clients in 39 PsyPACT states. I work primarily with adults and I particularly enjoy working with clients who are navigating life transitions and identity development. I welcome the exploration of identity and intersectionality as it impacts wellness and fully embodied living. I am passionate about working with the LGBTQIA+ community and have been dedicated to advocacy, learning, and empowerment within the community for well over a decade. I am a NARM therapist and also provide consultation and supervision for fellow clinicians.
