For many of us, life is often difficult. Whether it's addiction, depression, anxiety, relationships, or just the fears/insecurities of life, there are many different struggles we find ourselves over our lifetime. Counseling is meant to be a place where we are able to walk through the struggles and find both real hope and practical help. I work with individuals and couples walking through a wide variety of life struggles not just to relieve pain, but to find fulfillment and balance in life as a whole.
I work with a wide range of issues including addictions (both substance-related, and behavioral addictions), relationship/marriage struggles, anxiety, self-esteem, ADHD, and others. I practice EMDR Therapy and received my EMDR Training "Certificate of Completion" from the Maiberger Institute, an EMDRIA approved provider of EMDR Trainings.
I've been there. I've tried to make changes without asking for help only to find myself stuck once again. It's not easy but change is possible! Sometimes it helps to have someone safe to walk with us. Check out my website for further information.
