I am a trauma therapist trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and also utilize Internal Family Systems (IFS) and somatic tools. I find a combination of these tools can be helpful if you are ready to explore and understand what may be happening for you and work toward your goals.
