I integrate Western psychology w/indigenous medicine practices to co-create a gentle, kind, and loving space for our work together. Beginning w/grief work by sitting w/what has cracked open, while nurturing what is emerging to take form & embody. Often is it a death, rebirth cycle needing to be integrated. I incorporate somatic practices, storytelling, & psychodrama to support you identify & enter relationship w/the stories & patterns influencing the relational space (inner and outer) & your overall sense of well being, vitality and agency. Our work is grounded w/ancestral work as well ecological alignment as an innate resource.
