Hello. Are you hurting from sorrow or despair? Or do you simply feel stuck or have a vague feeling of low self-esteem, anxiety or depression.? Maybe you smile on the outside but struggle on the inside, or just need someone to talk to, I will listen, and help you restore hope. I believe we all have innate resilience and potential for growth. Therapy can help you unresoved issues, and resolve behaviors that no longer work. I will not judge, and will safely walk you through each step along the way. I will help you look deeply inside, Sometimes we may even laugh together. I will always be present.
We can develop a trusting relationship as we talk. When feelings are "too deep for words," they are sometimes more easily drawn or painted. Simple scribbles or just finding magazine images can help you express and work through issues and find relief. Or, you may choose to just talk with me. I work especially well with women seeking change in their lives.

Besides just talking, some clients find it easier to express themselves by drawing Artmaking deepens & quickens the healing process, helping you find joy and contentment.
